Support tailored to move forward with confidence

Everyone can sometimes need the right kind of support to gain stability and confidence. I offer support adapted to each situation, so we can move forward together, more calmly, step by step.

A child can be bright, curious and full of resources, yet struggle to engage with learning, to get organised, to regulate their emotions or to find their place among others.

A teenager can seem unmotivated, oppositional or disengaged, when in fact they are mostly exhausted by expectations they can no longer meet.

Parents can multiply explanations, encouragement, appointments and steps without managing to understand what is blocking things, to the point of doubting their own abilities.

Behind what is visible (restlessness, opposition, slowness, forgetfulness, withdrawal, uneven results), there are often needs that are still poorly understood, specific obstacles, and resources that can be built on.

You may recognise your child

  • They put in a great deal of effort, but the results don't reflect their abilities.
  • Homework is long, conflictual or exhausting for the whole family.
  • Organisation, attention, transitions or instructions are a daily challenge.
  • Emotions overflow quickly: frustration, anger, anxiety, discouragement.
  • Comments from school keep coming back, without you knowing what solutions to put in place.

There is no need to wait for the situation to worsen or for a diagnosis to be made before starting to observe, understand and put helpful daily bearings in place.

Three directions to move forward

Understand

Looking at the whole situation: how the child functions, their strengths, their needs, the moments when difficulty appears and those when it eases.

Adjust

Turning observations into concrete steps: structuring an instruction, supporting organisation, anticipating a transition, adapting the environment.

Connect

Fostering a shared understanding between the child, their parents, the school and, when useful, the other professionals involved.

My aim is not to promise a path without difficulty, but to help each person better understand what is at play and regain their ability to act.
